June 22 To celebrate Octavia E. Butler’s 74th birthday with the Carl Brandon Society, I was a part of a group reading of "The Book of the Living," the sacred text of her Parable series!

June 8 participated in a virtual panel with Edelweiss Bookfest along with Ryka Aoki and Claire North and moderated by Adron Buske for a conversation centered on what it means to be human in the tomorrow, transformation in the face of great change, the search for connection, and conjuring new visions for the future.

May 13 a presention by the Queens Museum that is a collaborative sound art project called Soundtrack became available for download (also available on Soundcloud). This work is part of the Mel Chin: All Over the Place exhibit with project curator Jace Clayton (aka DJ /rupture) which includes a reading by me from my novel Elysium.
