Jennifer Marie Brissett » My Old Bookstore

I owned Indigo Café & Books, an independent bookstore in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, NY from 2000 to 2004. My spouse and I worked at it really hard, and it was a great place. We did a lot of cool events and made a lot of good friends there. For a while after we closed the storefront we kept the business going as an online store. That is now closed as well, but there is still some content up there worth reading. Here is a video capsule of the old storefront and some pictures. Enjoy!
